Privacy at Akinara

Akinara is built on a foundation of privacy by design. We believe that supporting first responders requires earning and keeping their trust.

How Data is Handled

Individual check-in responses are never shared with supervisors, leadership, or any other individual. All data presented to leaders is aggregated at the group level, ensuring that no single person's responses can be identified.

Identity Separation

Responder identity is architecturally separated from response data. This isn't just a policy — it's how the system is built. There is no mechanism for leadership to trace a response back to an individual.

Clear Role Boundaries

Each role in Akinara — first responder, leader, and Steering Cell member — sees only the information appropriate to their function. Data boundaries are enforced at every level of the platform.

Your Data, Your Control

Responders can review and manage their own data at any time. Participation is voluntary, and opting out does not create any record or flag visible to leadership.

No Third-Party Sharing

Akinara does not sell, share, or monetize user data. Period. Your organization's data stays within your organization.
